It’s Advanced Placement Yoga! If you’ve been practicing yoga twice a week or more for at least a year, have minimal physical limitations, have experience with pranayama and meditation, this class might just be for you! Join a group of committed yogis who practice 2-3 times per week in exploring more advanced material, including headstands and challenging balance poses. After a full-length yoga nidra, there will be an optional 15 minutes of seated meditation so you can experience what yoga is REALLY about!
