Dress for outside when over 60 degrees in Arden Hills

Whether you’re a beginner wanting a proper start, experienced yogi or fitness yogi wanting to go beyond “group exercise” these classes are right for you!  Styles nails the perfect blend between Eastern classical yoga and best modern practices. As opposed to just “following along” you will develop actual yoga skills and progress quickly in this small group environment with other committed students.  Moreover, you’ll learn yoga as the intense, meditative practice it was meant to be without music and mirrors to distract and detract.

Gear provided, but bring a mat if you have one.  Must be able to get up off floor unassisted.

“Just Right” Yoga for All-Levels

Join veteran instructor Shaila Cunningham of YogaHotDish for some of the safest, most comprehensive yoga classes around.  Hot Vinyasa Flow? Too fast, hard on the joints, not enough meditation and mindfulness.  Gentle or Senior Yoga? Not enough core, too mild.  Your inner “Goldilocks” will be delighted with this “just right” class that delivers all the benefits you want from yoga:

~improved strength and flexibility

~better breathing

~better posture

~better balance

~boosted mood and cognition

~deeper states of relaxed awareness/meditation

Can you really achieve all of the above in one class?  Not in an hour, not in a large-group setting and not with an inexperienced instructor.

YogaHotDish walk the line between classical yoga and modern best practices so you can have it all in one “Just Right” class.  Moreover, you’ll be in a small group of committed people progressing together, not in a big room full of drop-ins who force classes to be repetitive.  That said, beginners and drop-ins looking for a group to join are encouraged!  In fact, consider dropping in before the new session begins to find out if “Just Right” yoga is just right for you!
