“Just Right” Yoga for All-Levels
Join veteran instructor Shaila Cunningham of YogaHotDish for some of the safest, most comprehensive yoga classes around. Hot Vinyasa Flow? Too fast, hard on the joints, not enough meditation and mindfulness. Gentle or Senior Yoga? Not enough core, too mild. Your inner “Goldilocks” will be delighted with this “just right” class that delivers all the benefits you want from yoga:

Can you really achieve all of the above in one class? Not in an hour, not in a large-group setting and not with an inexperienced instructor.
YogaHotDish walk the line between classical yoga and modern best practices so you can have it all in one “Just Right” class. Moreover, you’ll be in a small group of committed people progressing together, not in a big room full of drop-ins who force classes to be repetitive. That said, beginners and drop-ins looking for a group to join are encouraged! In fact, consider dropping in before the new session begins to find out if “Just Right” yoga is just right for you!

These are proper, full length yoga classes–not to be confused with group exercise with a yoga theme, (taught in 1 hour or less). Your “cost per minute” of quality yoga instruction is far less when compared to other venues such as Shoreview (SVCC), YMCA and even studios offering “unlimited yoga.”
