While Vinyasa Flow may be everywhere these days, it’s certainly not for every body. If you desire a “work-in” as much as a “work-out,” this is your class. You don’t have to be a gymnast or a dancer to reclaim your health and well-being through yoga. Yes, you’ll get all the physical benefits yoga has to offer, but you’ll also reap the rewards of meditation and what doctors are now calling “constructive rest.”
Boutique studio yoga at community-friendly prices. No mirrors, no music, just yoga, taught by an instructor who has trained across multiple styles and combines classical yoga with modern best practices. Missed classes can be made up at other YogaHotDish locations and additional classes added for $10, pay-as-you-go.
FALL: Sept 9 – Nov 16 . 11 weeks.
$110 resident, $132 non-resident, $15 drop-in, $10 students with ID. Outdoors if temps over 60.
WINTER: Jan 11 – Mar 8, 2018. (no class Feb 8) 8 weeks.
