The most comprehensive yogaaround, each class features yin yoga for intense stretching, pilates inspired core work, pranayama (breathing exercises), asana (postures) –all presented as “meditation in motion” without mirrors and music to distract. You will leave feeling like you had a work-out, massage and even a vacation! YogaHotDish combines the best of Eastern and Western practices to serve up total wellness. What’s your longevity strategy? This could be it. All-levels classes require the ability to move from seated to standing with ease. Otherwise, check out the Therapeutic “slow bake” classes. Great for fitness yogis wanting to go beyond a “work out” and healthy beginners. No flexibility required–in fact, if you’re not naturally flexible, you need yoga all the more. Gear provided.
