Kick off your Memorial Day Weekend with a comprehensive 2-hour practice. This “mini-retreat” with all the trimmings–extended yoga practice and yoga nidra followed by beverages and healthy snacks with your mat-mates–will feel like a mini-vacation! Get to know your fellow yogis and find out what you have in common besides, well…yoga. Space limited with priority given to enrolled ‘Dishers.
