If health and wellness is really a priority, then why not slot it into the beginning of your week? Join Libby, a certified Kripalu Teacher, for a blissful balance of yoga to sooth and strengthen, relax and release so you can face the rest of the week. A Kansas girl and one of the first YHD students, she now lives in North Carolina–and knows how to throw a HotDish together!

Just like YogaHotDish live classes, ZOOM classes come with individual attention and coaching. You’re encouraged to keep your video on and ask questions. You’re also welcome to stay after and chat –just like a regular class. Need to enter late or leave early? No problem! This class is 75 mins, pranayama to savasana.

Standard Price for a single session $12

$10 “add-a-class” (HotDishers enrolled in other programs)

$10 Students (middle school, college, post-grad)

1-Month Unlimited ZOOM (calendar, but pro-rating available for new students) $65

How do I take a class?

  1. Fill out a contact form so we have your info and can send you ZOOM links.
  2. IF it’s close to class time, email Shailayoga{@}gmail.com to RSVP to be extra sure you get a link and get any questions answered in time before class.  Of course we’ll credit / refund you on the off-chance you don’t receive your link in time.
