Join this committed group and experience yoga as meditation-in-motion. Get out of the crowds, the noise and the mirrors so you can lean yoga the way it was meant to be : relaxed exertion in a serene setting. You’ll work, you’ll sweat, but your body and mind will experience it as something other than traditional exercise. You’ll get a full course of YogaHotDish : asana, pranayama, meditation, proprio-yoga, pilates inspired core, inversions and more.
DEC 3 – FEB 25 10 weeks: $140. (no class DEC 24, 31 or FEB 4th due to yoga retreat; Jan 28 class meets 100 Village Center Drive in Community Room).
