Learn yoga the way it was meant to be– as meditation in motion, without music and mirrors to distract and detract. Lots of one-to-one assisting so you can adapt the practice to your body type, range of motion and fitness level. Reclaim health and well-being in these comprehensive classes that will leave you feeling like you had a workout, massage and vacation. Participants in “all-level” classes should be able to move easily from the floor to standing poses (if not, please see LONG LIFE). Classes are held in the main ballroom area, overlooking the gorgeous course; outdoor options for warmer temperatures. Gear to lend. Not flexible? You need yoga all the more!
Try-a-class $10. Students $10. Drop-in $20. Don’t wait, Pro-rate into any session. Interested? New students RSVP via Contact Form as class is near full, space limited. Class may be outdoors when temps over 60.
Summer: June 6 – Aug 22. 10 Tuesdays, $140 (no class 7/4).
Fall: Sep 5-Nov 28. 13 Tuesdays, $182 (Note: This class may move to W REC due to Club renovations starting Oct.).
