ARE YOU IN A SLOUCH SPIRAL, GETTING SHORTER? Long life yoga will dramatically improve your posture and balance, leaving you feeling like you had a workout, massage and vacation. Yoga is presented as “meditation in motion” without music and mirrors to distract you. Great for active seniors, beginners, people new to fitness or those rehabbing an injury. Gear provided. Not flexible? Tough guy? Feeling like you’re starring in “Grumpy Old Men?” You need yoga all the more! Sure, you can do nothing and your spine will return to its original fetal shape, taking inches of your height and relocating them to your waist as the years go by. No, it’s not “hot yoga” –you create the heat the way yoga was intended to be! Must be able to get up off floor unassisted.
