What’s you’re longevity strategy? Becoming a “regular” in this class could be it! Did you know exercising outdoors in a wooded area boosts your immune system and your mood? Students are socially distanced from 6-12 feet. Sessions run monthly throughout the Summer and into Fall. Limited drop-in space available, $18, but RSVP’s a must due to Covid-19 restrictions to ensure proper social distancing.
