Over 40 and STILL not doing yoga? Surely you’ve heard of the myriad of benefits by now. Maybe you had a bad start: too crowded, too difficult, too “woo-woo.” Or, maybe you ended up in a Senior Sneaker class and didn’t get enough of a work-out. This class is nothing like those!
So, what’s you’re longevity strategy? You probably have a retirement strategy, but what are you going to do to ensure you overall wellness. Wellness and fitness are NOT the same thing; certain workouts can be downright dangerous for certain bodies.
Becoming a committed “regular” in this class could be your ticket to longevity and quality of life. Did you know exercising outdoors in a wooded area boosts your immune system and your mood? Students are socially distanced from 6-12 feet. Sessions run monthly throughout the Summer and into Fall. Limited drop-in space available, $20, but RSVP’s a must due to Covid-19 restrictions to ensure proper social distancing. Classes are usually at or near capacity so get in touch and reserve your spot w/ payment (cash, check, Zelle or VENMO) today!
SEPT 10- 24th, 3 Thursdays, $45
OCT 1- 29th, 5 Thursdays, (12:30 start) $75 ~ we’ll be using propane and infrared heaters to keep the outdoor classes running as late into the season as possible!
