Did you know exercising outdoors in a wooded area boosts your immune system and your mood! This class is socially distanced from 6-12 feet between students. Sessions run monthly throughout the Summer and into the Fall. June is full, but please fill out a contact form if you’re interested in a later session and want to be wait-listed. RSVP’s a must due to COVID 19 restrictions on class size.
Drop-in $20; please make sure you’re confirmed beforehand.
SEPT 1-29th, 5 Tuesdays, $75
OCT 5 – 26th, 4 Tuesdays, $60 ~ We’ll be using propane and infrared heaters to extend the outdoor season as long as possible!
