Did you know exercising outdoors in a wooded area boosts your immune system and your mood! This class is socially distanced from 6-12 feet between students. Sessions run monthly throughout the Summer and into the Fall. June is full, but please fill out a contact form if you’re interested in a later session and want to be wait-listed. Sorry, no trial classes or drop-ins available due to COVID-19 class size limitations.
