Join our small group of dedicated students and you will actually get traction in your practice. No, it’s not “hot yoga” from a furnace so you needn’t worry about your carbon footprint. You make the heat, the way yoga was meant to be in your comprehensive class including: yin, restorative, pilates-inspired core, inversions, standing, balancing and a proper yoga nidra!
