What’s your longevity strategy? Therapeutic yoga will help you cultivate the body-mind connection, improve your balance and leave you feeling like you had a work out, massage and vacation. Prevent future injury and illness; reclaim your inherent well being with this Asian style yoga practiced as “meditation in motion” without music and mirrors to distract you. Great for active seniors, beginners, people new to fitness or those rehabbing an injury. Gear provided. Class is usually held in the gorgeous main gallery w/ outdoor options for warm weather. No flexibility required.
