What’s your longevity strategy? Therapeutic yoga will help you cultivate the body-mind connection, improve your balance and leave you feeling like you had a work out, massage and vacation. Prevent future injury and illness and learn yoga safely with this perfect blend of Asian yoga and modern “best practices.” Yoga is presented as “meditation in motion” without music and mirrors to distract you. Great for active seniors, beginners, people new to fitness or those rehabbing an injury. Gear provided. Class is usually held in the gorgeous main gallery w/ outdoor options for warm weather. Not flexible? Tough guy? You need yoga all the more!
Dates: SEPT 6 – NOV 21 (no class Nov 28). 12 Weeks, $180 members (non-mbr rate available). Try-it-rate $10. $18 drop-in (non-mbrs welcome). New session starts Dec 5 –but don’t wait, pro-rate! Beginner or Active Senior? This is a great way to start yoga!
