Yoga and More at the City of Arden Hills
The City of Arden Hills Saturday class has been running for over a decade, and it's easy to see why: aligned minimalist, modernist building, secluded patio with prairie views, miles of wall space (crucial for learning alignment and inversions), and convenient to North Oaks, Shoreview, Roseville, and Falcon Heights.
You never know who might turn up at the Saturday 10 am class--likely people making up missed classes from earlier in the week, or using Arden Hills as an add-on ($10). Every once in a while, someone is there to score a hat trick and receive their third weekly class for FREE!

Register for quarterly, seasonal sessions directly with the City of Arden Hills online. Not finding yoga? Sometimes, the class is pulled off the site once the session is underway, but you can still just SHOW UP and drop-in ($20). Please check the class calendar as Saturday classes sometimes cancel due to holidays
This class is beginner, bro, and drop-in friendly, for people who want to experience one of the few true 90-minute classes left! Sure, it's a little more work...but it's a lot more ZEN! .
